We are confident that the transformative learning students receive at Cedar Crest inspires them to lead and succeed in their chosen field. But we also understand that it is an investment, and that paying for college can seem like a daunting task. So we’ve put together some resources to help you through the process.
In addition, keep in mind that approximately 95% of students admitted to Cedar Crest receive financial aid through some combination of scholarships, grants, loans, and special tuition rate programs.
You can find out what our current rates are by clicking the button below and visiting our Student Financial Services page.
We are committed to providing access to a Cedar Crest education. With the STAR program, you get a private, liberal arts education for the same price as your state’s flagship public institution if you meet certain admission requirements. Click on the STAR icon to learn more and see if you are eligible.
Cedar Crest offers a variety of merit, extracurricular achievement and special interest scholarships. You might also be eligible for one or both of our two special scholarship events: Departmental Scholarship Day, which is held in the fall; and the invite-only, annual Scholarship Competition, which awards all participants, including one overall winner who receives a four-year, full tuition scholarship to attend Cedar Crest.
Every student who is accepted into Cedar Crest College receives a customized aid package from our Student Financial Services office. This package includes aid based on financial need, as well as merit scholarships (for academic and extracurricular achievement), and any additional grants or loans that you are qualified to receive.
If you’d like to get a detailed estimate of what your out-of-pocket expenses to attend Cedar Crest are, including what scholarships, grants and loans you may be eligible to receive, you can use our online calculator.
