Room Prices for the 2024-2025 Academic Year

Listed below are the costs for the different types of housing available in our residence halls. These prices are for the academic year (fall and spring) and do not include the cost for a meal plan. For meal plan pricing and information, please the Meal Plan Prices listed in the section below.

  • Single Room: $3354.50/semester, $6709.00/year
  • Deluxe Single Room: $4527.50/semester, $9055.00/year
  • Triple Room: $2625.50/semester, $5251.00/year
  • Suite Single w/ Half Bath: $4599.00/semester, $9198.00/year
  • Suite Double w/ Half Bath: $3801.50/semester, $7603.00/year
  • Suite Single w/ Full Bath: $4718.00/semester, $9436.00/year
  • Suite Double w/ Full Bath: $3921.00/semester, $7842.00/year
  • Deluxe Single w/ Half Bath: $4821.50/semester, $9643.00/year
  • Deluxe Single w/ Full Bath: $4941.00/semester, $9882.00/year

Meal Plan Prices for the 2024-2025 Academic Year

Listed below are the costs for the different types of meal plans available to resident students. All students living on campus, both traditional undergraduate and SAGE students are required to have a meal plan. Please note: first and second year students living on campus must have one of the unlimited meal plans, either the Canova Plan or the Canova Premium Plan.

  • Canova Meal Plan: $3770.50/semester, $7541.00/year
  • Canova Premium Meal Plan: $3826.00/semester, $7652.00/year
  • 190 Block Meal Plan: $3515.50/semester, $7031.00/year
  • 150 Block Meal Plan: $3146.50/semester, $6293.00/year
  • SAGE Meal Plan: $1940.50/semester, $3881.00/year
