Nina Patel is a native of Allentown, PA and is now the CEO and Principal of locally owned, Steel Hospitality, a real estate asset management company, own and manage various real estate assets in the hospitality sector and land development with national chains.  Nina’s academic journey began at NYU’s Stern School of Business, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business. Her rigorous education laid a strong foundation for her career.

Nina further honed her skills on Wall Street with JPMorgan Chase while pursuing her MBA at Pace University, with a concentration in Organizational Behavior while graduating summa cum laude.

As CEO of Steel Hospitality, Nina has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision, driving the company to new heights in the competitive real estate market.  Nina always had a passion for teaching business courses in both undergraduate and graduate classes.
