Dr. Lichtenwalner is a licensed social worker in the state of Pennsylvania and his clinical background is primarily in the field of mental health. He has taught across the social work curriculum and presented at many national conferences, on topics such as interprofessional simulations, student self-efficacy, and community-based research. He has held leadership positions in social work education and served as a Site Visitor for the Council on Social Work Education.
