The deck portion will be a warmup (5 to 10 minutes) and then various upper/ lower core body weight exercises (15 to 20 minutes) of vigorous exercise intensity to increase heart rate for a short duration. We will move to the lap pool for additional water-based exercise and/or lap swim for time or distance (15 to 20 minutes). These will be moderate exercise intensity with a steady heart rate and longer duration. The class will finish with a cool down in the lap pool or the small warm water pool.
