At Cedar Crest, we see you becoming a leader in education. Our strengths-based approach for our Instructional Coaching program empowers teachers to engage in partnership with their colleagues, build capacity, and enact change. We teach you the leadership qualities necessary to foster community well-being, create connections, and unlock potential in K-12 classrooms, teachers, and most importantly the students you serve as an educator.
