Whether you intend to pursue greater professional opportunities within human resource management or make a career change, we see you. Cedar Crest recognizes that adult students have a lot of responsibilities, so we’ve designed this flexible, 12-credit certificate program to be completed through either on-site or online classes, or a combination of the two. At the end, you’ll gain a broad understanding of the expanding area of human resource management.

Upon complete of this program, students will be able to:

  • Examine the impact of digital management tools and workflow on the human resources profession.
  • Assess metrics and techniques for evaluating work performance at the individual, group, and organizational levels.
  • Assess an organization’s level of compliance with employment, compensation, and workplace laws and regulations, and develop strategies to reduce risk.
  • Develop organizational training strategies to leverage diversity and inclusion and foster a culture of inclusiveness.
