Robin Allen | Senior Director at Vertex Inc.

Robin Allen Vertex

As the Senior Director at Vertex Inc., Allen holds both the leadership and management roles in the People and Culture organization, leading Global Talent Acquisition. I leverage my expertise in digital transformation to support talent acquisition strategies across the organization to ensure greater attraction, selection, retention, and inclusivity of talent. Previously, she was the Senior Director of Agile Program Management in Corporate IT respectively at Vertex. She is an accomplished information technology executive with over 20 years of experience. Her wide range of experiences includes strategically leveraging technology for key business initiatives. She is creative, adaptable, and skilled in cross-cultural communication and critical thinking. Before joining Vertex, Robin was a virtual Chief Information Officer at Contigex. As the Chief Information Officer, she provided oversight of people, processes, and technologies within the company’s IT organization to ensure they delivered outcomes that supported the goals of the business. She actively participated in key client committees, cabinet, and Board-level meetings, ad-hoc advisory groups, institutional/community activities, and planning committees, as well as advising the status of technologies as they pertained to strategic goals and objectives. Robin has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Management Information Systems and a minor in Psychology from Iona University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Villanova University’s Executive MBA program.


Gloria Bell | Head of Pathways and Communities at Anitab.org

Gloria Bell Harmon Center Advisory Board Member

Along with a personal passion and commitment to equity and equality in tech and the world in general, Gloria Bell brings over 40 years of successful business operations, communications, event management, and entrepreneurial experience to her role as Head of Pathways and Communities at Anitab.org, She also serves as Philly Startup Leaders Board President.

Prior to her role at Anitab.org, Gloria provided education, inspiration, and connections to underserved groups in tech as the Founder of The Women In Tech Summit (WITS) and the Inspiring Tech Foundation.
Between her recent roles and her prior corporate career, Gloria worked with the non-profit, TechGirlz as the Events and Marketing Manager and provided freelance social media consulting services to businesses and non-profits as the Chief Digital Strategist at Bell Digital Strategies. She has been a frequent speaker on a multitude of social media and women in technology topics and a guest lecturer and Adjunct Professor of Social Media Strategy at Drexel University. She also founded Red Stapler Consulting where she worked with businesses and technology startups providing them with business process and operations consulting and social media strategy and implementation.

Gloria is known as a passionate equality in technology and business advocate, social media practitioner, entrepreneur, and volunteer. Demonstrating her commitment to the social media and entrepreneurial community, Gloria has served on the Chapter Board of Social Media Club Philadelphia, on the Philly StartUp Leaders Leadership Team, and on the board of the tech incubator Seed Philly. She has volunteered as an instructor and advisor for GirlDevelopIt, as a mentor for Lean Startup Machine and Startup Weekend, and as a lead organizer of PodCamp Philly and PodCamp East.

When she is not working to build and grow the community of women and non-binary individuals in technology, she mentors young entrepreneurs, speaks on women in technology topics, reads voraciously, grows green things, bakes, and spoils her new grandson.


Rhoan Boucher | Chief Customer Officer at Aurora Flight Sciences, a Boeing company

Rhoan Boucher Harmon Center Advisory Board Member

As the Chief Customer Officer at Aurora Flight Sciences, Rhoan Boucher is responsible for aligning strategy, marketing, and new growth with a customer-centric approach. Prior to this role, he was the senior manager for Phantom Works Advanced Space Systems where he was responsible for capturing development programs that yield future franchise efforts. 

Since joining Boeing in 2016, Rhoan has served as capture team lead for Boeing’s Weapons Division where he focused primarily on Directed Energy Programs, leading high energy laser campaigns for the United States Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. Additionally, Rhoan managed Boeing’s Integrated Air and Missile Defense campaigns while also supporting Boeing’s Cruise Missile Systems to define the company’s future offerings in this market. 

Rhoan previously served as a subject matter expert on maritime missile defense in support of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Missile Defense Agency, and Office of the Secretary of Defense. He began his career in the United States Navy, serving in legislative affairs before holding a series of positions on ships, numbered fleet staffs, and regional command staffs.  

Rhoan is an active member of the Boeing Business Development Diversity and Inclusion Championship Council and several employee resource groups. He has a bachelor’s degree from the United States Naval Academy, a master’s degree in Technology Management from Georgetown University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Smith School of Business. 


Lia Castner | Student, Cedar Crest College

Lia Castner

Lia is a dedicated sophomore at Cedar Crest College, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science with a minor in Business Administration. A consistent Dean’s List honoree, she was also awarded the opportunity to serve as a teaching assistant for a Level II programming course in the current spring semester. With a deep passion for technology, analytics, and business strategy, Lia aspires to further her education by obtaining an MBA, aiming to bridge the gap between data-driven decision making and business innovation. Originally from the Poconos, PA, Lia has always been drawn to problem solving and leadership. She is currently spearheading the development of a Girls Who Code College Loop at Cedar Crest, fostering an inclusive space for women in technology to collaborate and grow. Additionally, she will serve as the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Secretary for the 2025-2026 academic year, further demonstrating her commitment to leadership, organization, and professional development. Beyond academics and extracurricular involvement, Lia finds joy in spending time with her beloved pets, a Pomeranian named Gigi and a leopard gecko named Alazar. With a dedication to continuous learning, leadership, and closing the gender gap in tech, she is eager to witness and contribute to the establishment of the Harmon Center for Leadership in Technology.


Cheryl Fisher, SHRM | Chief Human Resources Officer, Good Shepherd Rehabilitation

Cheryl Fisher, SPHR

Cheryl Fisher oversees HR strategy and operations for Good Shepherd Rehabilitation and GSPP Rehabilitation, a joint venture with Penn Medicine. In her leadership role, Cheryl is responsible for talent acquisition and management, leadership development, succession planning, change management, organizational and performance management, onboarding, training and development, and compensation/benefits for both organizations. 

Previously, Cheryl served as vice president of human resources for Boston Beer Company, Houghton Specialty Chemicals and Alcoa. 

Cheryl earned a master’s degree in business administration from DeSales University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cedar Crest College. 


Jennifer Grell, MS, RN | Chief Nursing Informatics Officer at St. Luke’s University Health Network

Jennifer Grell

Jennifer Grell, MS, RN, is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience in diverse roles. Recently focused on electronic health records, data analytics, workflow redesign, quality, and performance improvement. Skilled in trauma and critical care. Known for improving patient outcomes through resourcefulness and clinical expertise. Team player and transformational leader committed to quality and continuous improvement. Currently in the role of Chief Nursing Informatics Officer for the St. Luke’s University Health Network.


Floria Siu LaMarre | Lead Associate Principal of Security Assurance at The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC)

Floria Lamarre is a highly accomplished cybersecurity leader with over 20 years of experience in IT Systems and Security engineering, safeguarding critical systems and data across diverse sectors, including finance, legal, education, and healthcare. As Lead Associate Principal of Security Assurance at The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC), she is instrumental in securing their next-generation platform, ensuring a robust security posture and regulatory compliance.

With a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and multiple certifications, including the prestigious CISSP, Floria brings a strategic and comprehensive approach to cybersecurity. Her expertise encompasses incident response, advanced security engineering, impactful security awareness programs, and effective data protection strategies. She is recognized for driving operational excellence and leading transformative security initiatives.

Beyond her technical acumen, Floria is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, particularly championing women in cybersecurity and technology. A strong believer in developing future leaders, Floria actively mentors aspiring cybersecurity professionals, sharing her knowledge and experience to empower their growth. Floria balances her professional achievements with a fulfilling personal life, enjoying time with her husband, Brian, their children, Gabriella and Isaac, and their dogs, Tofu and Mochi.


Terence (Terry) O’Neil | Chief Information Officer for Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network (GSRN)

O’Neil is an executive Information Technology professional with over thirty years’ experience in all facets of the health care industry delivering strategic and tactical planning, timely implementations, strong leadership, and commitment contributing to the fulfillment of organizations’ business goals, objectives, and mission. He worked in several healthcare related/relevant fields including software development, healthcare information technology consulting, and as an IT professional in hospital and healthcare systems. He is currently serving in the capacity of Chief Information Officer for Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network (GSRN) in Allentown, PA where he has been since January, 2020. Prior to joining GSRN, Terry was a regional Chief Information Officer for Trinity Health of Livonia, MI. Terry also worked in healthcare information technology consulting for nine years for Ernst & Young achieving the role of Senior Manager.

Terry graduated from Muhlenberg College with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/History and attended St. Joseph’s University for a master’s degree in Finance.


Bill Pittenger, MBA | Managing Director of Technology Operations, FGS Global

Bill Pettinger

Bill Pittenger is a results-driven technology executive based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. With a proven track record of leadership and innovation, Bill specializes in strategic planning, high-performance team development, and leveraging technology to drive business outcomes. 

As the Managing Director of Technology Operations at FGS Global, Bill oversees global IT operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. His achievements include transitioning to advanced IT service platforms, implementing automated workflows, and establishing customer satisfaction scores exceeding 97%. 

Previously, as SVP, Director of Digital Growth & Operations at Entrée Health, Bill led the development of award-winning market access applications for pharmaceutical clients and championed the integration of generative AI to boost team productivity and client offerings. 

At Omnicom Health Group, Bill served as SVP, Director of Technology Operations, overseeing IT services, infrastructure, governance, and application support for over 4,000 employees across 15+ global agencies. He successfully scaled an offshore development center, led technology integrations for acquisitions, and established the company’s first Governance Risk and Compliance organization. His efforts improved operational efficiency, enhanced communication platforms, and set best practices adopted company-wide. 

Bill also played a key role in Omnicom’s mergers and acquisitions by streamlining technology onboarding processes and ensuring seamless transitions for acquired companies. 

A lifelong learner, Bill is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and HealthCare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner (HCISPP). Bill brings expertise in information security and compliance, particularly within the healthcare sector. Combined with an MBA in Business Analytics from Moravian University, these qualifications underscore his commitment to fostering collaboration, improving operational efficiencies, and leveraging advanced technologies like AI to deliver transformative results. 


Yvonne Santiago | IT Senior Director of Business and Operations, St. Luke’s University Health Network

Yvonne Santiago is an accomplished Healthcare IT leader with 26 years of clinical and leadership experience. She graduated from Cedar Crest College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and spent the first half of her career in various nursing roles focused on critical care medicine, where she honed her skills in patient care, leadership, and clinical decision-making under high-pressure situations. 

In 2011, Yvonne transitioned to information technology as a clinical informatics nurse and quickly developed a passion for the positive impact technology can have on care delivery, patient safety, and quality outcomes. In her current role as the IT Senior Director of Business and Operations at St. Luke’s University Health Network, Yvonne has oversight over hospital service lines, which encompass all clinical and ancillary care providers, procedural areas, imaging, pharmacy, and laboratory applications. As a registered nurse with extensive IT expertise, she has consistently demonstrated her capability to mesh the needs of healthcare providers with the latest technology, delivering high-quality products. 

Yvonne’s notable career achievements include the conversion of numerous outdated applications to the latest industry standards and the implementation of decision support predictive models supporting top decile quality and safety metrics for the organization. 

A Lehigh Valley native, Yvonne lives in Whitehall with her husband Luis and two active children, Christian and Ilianna, who enjoy music, sports, and outdoor adventures with their dog Mia. Outside of her professional obligations, Yvonne is dedicated to volunteer activities, including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, inspired by her son. She also enjoys travel, photography, cooking, and CrossFit.
