Your Cedar Crest journey is just beginning, and we can’t wait to see where it takes you!
We’re gearing up to welcome you to campus in August, but before you arrive, there are a few steps for you to take. This page is your guide (hint: adding this to your bookmarks will make it even easier).
Your billing and financial aid information for the Fall 2024 semester will be emailed to your Cedar Crest email account soon. You will receive an email notification that your ebill is ready to view in the Transact Integrated Payment System online.
Fall Tuition EZ Payment Plans will open on July 1st in the Transact Integrated Payment portal.
Fall Tuition due date is July 31, 2024.
To get you started, below are four action steps you can complete this week:
- Complete the Student Health Insurance Waiver by July 31, 2024 if you have insurance coverage. If you do not have other coverage, this plan is mandatory for you. (You may see a charge for insurance coverage on your bill… don’t worry! If you have insurance coverage the charge will be taken off your bill if you waive coverage.)
- Please complete the FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) to grant permission for us to talk to parent(s) about education and/or financial records. Login required to access the form.
- Complete the Loan Confirmation, Entrance Counseling, Master Promissory Note (MPN) by tuition due date for Federal Direct Student Loans. (Your parent can not complete these steps).
- Transact Integrated Payment System – Grant permission to your parent, or third party to receive email notifications to view your ebill and make payments. In order for this to happen, you must grant them access.
- Login into my.cedarcrest.edu with your username and password.
- Click on Student Financial Services, then click Transact Integrated Online System, then go to Transact.
- Once in Transact click on My Account, then under Payers, click Send a payer invitation.

Student Employment Center
Did you know that Cedar Crest Students are guaranteed a job on-campus?! Students who are interested can seek employment in a variety of departments across campus. You will find postings for internships, jobs and on-campus employment positions in Handshake. Use your credentials to sign into Handshake. Information about on-campus positions will begin to be available in Handshake by the middle of August.
Health and Counseling Services at Cedar Crest College are a service of Lehigh Valley Health Network. They offer a variety of services to help you maintain optimal health as you progress through your college career. Health and Counseling Services uses an electronic health record, Medicat. Medicat can be accessed through FalconLink.
All health forms must be submitted through the Medicat Health Portal by August 1st.
To get you started, below are some action steps you can complete this week:
- Access the Medicat Portal using your username and password
- Schedule your Physical Exam with a provider
- Physical Exams must be completed within the last 12 months. Print the physical exam form from Medicat and have your provider complete and sign the form.
- Complete all forms on ‘My Forms’ tab on Medicat Health Portal
- Upload your Physical Exam Form and Health Insurance Card on the ‘Document Upload’ tab
- Create a plan for continuing care if you have an existing counselor or therapist at home
- Students cannot see two different therapists at the same time – so it isn’t always as easy as seeing our on-campus therapist while you’re here and seeing someone else when you are home. If you have questions about services offered or want help making a plan for care before you arrive on-campus, contact Health and Counseling Services.
