Cedar Crest College’s School of Nursing has once again been recognized as having one of Pennsylvania’s top registered nursing programs. The college was recently ranked fifth on the list of the best RN programs in Pennsylvania by RegisteredNursing.org.

To compile the list, RegisteredNursing.org assessed several factors that represent how well a program supports students towards licensure and beyond. One factor was the NCLEX-RN exam first-time pass rates for the past several years. Those scores were then added together and weighted to determine the rankings. Cedar Crest’s most recent NCLEX pass rate stands at 100 percent.

“Cedar Crest’s School of Nursing takes a holistic approach to education. We combine strong academics with real-world experiences. Our approach transforms students into nurse leaders and that is also clear in our outstanding NCLEX results,” said Dr. Wendy Robb, Dean of the School of Nursing.

Cedar Crest College’s School of Nursing prides itself on preparing students to make a difference for their patients, community and world. To learn more about nursing at Cedar Crest College, please visit cedarcrest.edu/nursing. To view the full ranking list, please visit www.registerednursing.org.
