Conference Services

Whether you are looking for a formal conference space or something more casual, Cedar Crest College can accommodate meetings and events of all types and sizes. Our staff will work with you on every detail to ensure your meeting or event is executed to your exact specifications.

Available spaces include the Tompkins College Center, which houses multiple conference and meeting rooms of varying sizes, the 500-seat Alumnae Hall Auditorium, and the versatile space in the Hamilton Boulevard Building, among others. The College offers many newly renovated and tastefully decorated spaces outfitted with modern technology to meet your event’s needs. Outdoor spaces, which include the picturesque Greek Theatre and campus Quad, provide guests an opportunity to enjoy the hundreds of tree species that make up the William F. Curtis Arboretum.

The College is proud to partner with Parkhurst Dining to provide high quality on-site catering for events. Catering options can range from light refreshments to complete meals prepared by the executive chef.

Location

Cedar Crest College is easily accessible via Route 22, Interstate 78, Route 309, and the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The campus is one hour from Philadelphia and fewer than two hours from New York City.
